Mr. Foss graduated from Marblehead High School in 1975, He Recieved his Batchelder Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University in 1982. For 18 Years he built and/or renovated the Boston Floating Hospital, New England Baptist Hospital, Harvard Medical School. Phillips Andover Academy and the New England Baptist Hospital. His last appointment was as Senoir Construction Manager at Brigham and Womans Hospital for four years and at Harvard Dental School for one year.
Mr. Foss went back to school and became certified by the Archdioces of Boston as an Administrator of Religious Education. He then attended Boston College for his Master of Education and is certified by the Archdioces of Boston as a Director of Religious Education. He has taught religious education for grades four through confirmation for over 12 years.
